We are looking for vendors that are interested in connecting their goods and services directly to city neighborhood residents.

Vendor Fees:

Non-food vendors
$35

($20 for City of York - NorthEast Neighborhood residents)

Food vendors 

$50 + appropriate health permits paid to the City of York.

($35 City of York - NorthEast Neighborhood residents)

Non-Profits - same as vendors ($20 if you are providing an activities for attendees.)

NonProfits who provide an activity and want to build more trust in our neighborhoods through authentic, frequent interactions with residents. Otherwise, see "Vendor" section.

The EPIC Markets aim to provide positive, fun, enriching, and empowering experiences for all participants and guests.

As such, York XL expects:

• Vendors to be set up before the event start time and tear down at the end of the event.
• Perfomers to show up no later than a half hour before assigned performance time or lose their spot and forfeit appearance fee. Further, performers are expected to stay at least a half hour after performance.
• All participants should market their participation in the EPIC Markets in all of their marketing channels.
