$130 per week. There is a 10% discount if you enroll your child for the entire program and payment in full is received prior to the start of the program.)
A $25 nonrefundable application fee is due with the application. Fee will be applied to tuition if your child attends camp.
Please note that participation in the program will require that parents allow their children to Receive first aid from camp staff or other staff at Lincoln Charter School and to attend field trips.
Parents will have the ability to opt out their children from being photographed or voice recorded for use in external communications including social media, websites, and newsletters.
Deposit and Registration Fees
A $25 non-refundable application is due at the time of application. A 50% deposit will secure your child's placement. Payment in full is required prior to the start of camp. The application fee is non-refundable but will be applied to tuition.
The deposit is fully refundable if camper is withdrawn in writing to [email protected] by 11:59pm on May 31, 2023 and will be 50% refundable if the child is withdrawn by 11:59pm on June 2, 2023.
The balance of full tuition is due before the start of camp.
Registration is on a first-come first-served basis. Registration is not complete until the deposit is paid.
Late Pick-up Charges
EPIC Amigos! Is open from 9:15am to 1pm. Campers can be picked up starting at 12:50 and must be picked up by 1:15pm. A family arriving after the required pick up time will be charged a late fee per child, per minute at the rate of $1.00 per minute. An EPIC Amigos! staff member will supervise a child until an authorized adult family member arrives after 1pm.
No refunds will be granted for days your child misses camp.
We request a two-week notice to withdraw your child from camp. Withdrawals must be emailed to [email protected].
York XL reserves the right to cancel a camp day or week in case of an emergency or low enrollment. Every attempt will be made to contact camp registrants to inform them.
York XL is committed to offering high-quality programming. All Program participants should have an interest in learning Spanish and agree to participate in all activities. In the event a student's behavior is deemed disruptive to other participants (by one of the instructors), York XL reserves the right to withdraw the participant from the program. No refund will be issued.
Returned-Check/Declined Transaction Fee
If for any reason your tuition check/credit card payment does not clear for payment, York XL will charge a $35 fee.
